Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

All returned items MUST be in their ORIGINAL STATE.

You will receive an email confirmation for your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NIKI KAY is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process. NIKI KAY does not provide return shipping labels.

Our Returns policy is valid 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot approve a return request.

Items must be returned and received within this 14-day window to qualify for store credit.

If an item is received after the 14-days period, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Please ensure item(s) are securely packaged and returned in their original condition (including return slip, packaging, and accessories).

All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Special orders and custom made orders are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit directly to your account which you can use as a method of payment at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you haven't received your store credit within 5 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number and return tracking number.

GIFT-CARDS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on gift-cards and clearance items as these are final sale.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and customs duties when applicable for returning your item. 

NIKI KAY is not responsible for costs of return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

We do not offer returns or store credit on clearance items.

Pop up items can only be returned at pop ups. 
Gift Cards are not refundable.
